MIX: The Octopus Project – BBC Radio 6

As personal excitements builds while waiting for their newest album Fever Forms to make it’s way across the big old blue pond to the UK, I figured it would be worth sharing one of my personal favourites. This is a mix from Tom Ravenscroft’s show on BBC Radio Six, put together by The Octopus Project from Austin TX who are notable for madcap indie-synth delights such as Truck and I Saw the Bright Shinies.

The mix spans a whole world of sound from ambient synth and outright soul to some of the most obscure music from across the globe – something which can only demonstrate the level of passion they have for music.

A full review of Fever Forms will be posted as soon as it arrives…
